Maintenance Fundamentals builds essential mechanical and shop skills used daily on the plant floor. Participants learn to safely use tools, read basic drawings, take accurate measurements, and apply foundational lubrication and preventive maintenance practices.

Electrical Power Maintenance provides a foundational understanding of industrial electrical systems, safety, and troubleshooting. Participants learn electrical measurements, circuit basics, proper connections, and are introduced to three-phase power, motors, starters, and basic motor controls.

This standard 40-hour course is delivered in small class sizes to allow for focused, hands-on instruction. Training is led by certified instructors with real plant-floor experience, ensuring practical, industry-relevant learning. Each participant receives a student guide and engages in hands-on exercises using industry-specific training simulators. Upon successful completion, participants are awarded a certificate of completion.
